Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a message at sales@kavefern.com

How long does it take for my order to be prepared and delivered?

Usually, the fulfilment times for our most popular products, including direct-to-garment (DTG), embroidery, and all-over-print items, are within the 2–7 business day timeframe, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

Note: Each product you see in our catalog is made on-demand, which means once you place the order, we start working to get it to you. It takes time for us to create and send out the product, but making each order on-demand allows us to avoid overproduction. This way we get to take care of you, and the planet we all share.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfilment company with facilities worldwide! We make them at the nearest facility to your delivery address to make sure the fastest possible delivery to you.  And, all our products are free shipping!

What does the packaging look like?

Orders are either sent out in white plastic mailing bags or in brown cardboard boxes depending on what you order or how many items you order. Both types of packages are labelled from “Kave Fern”.
